November 27 平凡一天今天看到一只野狗咬死猫。梦魇一般。
跟一位律师朋友聊天,与这位前天涯论坛最骨灰级的网友一同分享她现在的激情与快乐。
认识我的人都知道我粗心。亲近我的人都知道我喜欢丢东西。 从大学懂事以来,我丢失的东西开始从物质用品变为了精神用品。 我曾经在大四考验的最关键时期丢失了8本100p B6开本的笔记本,没本至少也有5万字,不知图书馆哪个人暗恋我要偷就偷全部。那是我在特定的时间记录下来的自己的思想,现在依然耿耿于怀,但又觉得是一种冥冥中注定。
2年后,故伎重演。红茶打翻在电脑里,硬盘全部毁坏,从电路板到盘体,恢复数据要5000,可以重新买个电脑了。2年来所有的积累,看过的网站,挡下来的资料,做的媒体分析,别人替我拍的照片,所有的培训资料,统统消失。只好重新建立。
悲痛同时,突然间翻看大二时的课堂笔记,第一页上写着How to be a well-educated student? 接下来是一首顾城的诗:树枝想去撕裂天空,却只戳成了几个窟窿,他透出了天外的光亮,人们把他叫做星星和月亮。
第二页写了一段读书笔记,刘小枫,《我们这一代的怕和爱》 我们谈情说爱,我们担惊受怕 但其实,就像我们已经越来越不知道怎样去爱一样,我们还远没有学会怎样去怕
点评:刘小枫把“羞涩与虔诚”的奥义写进理想主义的词典,新奇、优雅之外,至今,我们还没有找到解读的勇气
对于一个人或一代人的精神成长经历而言,16年的时间的确太短——幸亏我们没有以此为理由拒绝成长。
但就在这短短的16年中,我们至少已经开始害怕,因为恐惧,因为脆弱,因为烦恼,因为不知所措。
我们腻味空洞的理想但我们贪恋物质。 我们看透欺世的好言但我们忘记洗脸心灵。 我们开始为我们有限的拥有提心吊胆, 但我们还是没有学会为我们不曾有过而应该有的无限虚无而感到敬畏——这一点,刘小枫早就料到了,所以他说:“我不抱希望。”
再翻看电台00级送旧晚会的留言记录,才发现自己原来在纯真年代曾经听到过那么多充满生活奥义的箴言。
“我们在大学毕业后所能带走的就是所学到的知识和自己收获的情感。” “我们不是在告别一个组织,而是在告别一个时代” “我觉得我不在乎天长地久,只要有回忆我就满足了,这份回忆可能是以后你在大街上见到我,紧紧地握住我的手,给我一个拥抱。” “我在这里学会了不要放弃,不要因为别人的看法放弃自己的追求,现在的瞬间等于未来的永恒。” “那些人,那些事,人生久事那些事那些人相聚的过程” “千万不要不醉不归,因为我们明天还要带着清醒走向远方。离别不是最可怕的,遗忘才是最可怕的。” “人生有三件事,求智、求善、情义,前两者是靠自己实现的,最后一样是需要和别人一起实现。”
还好当时没有偷懒记录下听了这些话后自己的感受,我写了2首歌词 童安格的《爱与哀愁》:“点一支烟、喝一杯酒,能醉多久,醒来后我依然是我。” 朴树的《九月》:“醉倒人们都举起杯,笑得眼里都是泪,待到明天宴席散去,该谁远行,谁不行。 As time goes by,------as time goes by……”
November 25 律师和医生休假了几天,发烧,堕落,无法忍受自己浪费时间,看碟。不知道为什么老喜欢思考一些哲学问题,所以我不喜欢看电影,因为我可以把每一个细节想到脑袋疼。所以轻松的港剧比较适合我,我想多笑笑。
《一号法庭》和《妙手仁心》经典的两部港剧,我的最爱,对我价值观的形成或多或少地起了点作用。这次有空拿出来重新看,发现自己经历了那么多事情之后,对很多事情的看法不同了,对这两部电视剧的感悟也有些许升华。
医生和律师是香港社会精英阶层的代表,是成熟的公民社会不能缺少的人才。两部电视剧通过制造一些人类社会具有普适性的矛盾来诠释剧中人物的个性,将那些同归与“情与理”、“理与利“、“道德”与“责任”等范畴的事件化作日常生活的点滴地展现出来,剧中人物在面对这一切时的态度与决策过程似乎有意地在观众面前树立“理性”面对生活的典范。
按照大英法律体系,通过合理的诉讼程序,即使有人犯了3家灭门谋杀案,在证据不足的情况下,依然无法将犯人定罪。当人们在对现实无能为力的时候,只能用“天网恢恢、疏而不漏”的伦理教条来安慰自己。而这样简单的一句话,已经蕴含着人类在无力面对现实时诉诸宗教的自然本能。《一号法庭》的英文名叫《Justice File》,法治社会的昌明不是一天建成的,那是多多少少秉持着“法律是公正的”这一信条的人多年的事件的结果。有问题便要找解决问题的方法,亦是理性人的本能。而法律的诞生,为人类在问题面前提供了一套最有效的解决方法,随着人类社会的演进,这套发源于古希腊的解决方法在现代社会已经成为了是最权威、最理性、唯一有效并能在最短时间内获得广泛认同的方法。
法律是公正的诚然不错,但是,它并不能在所有场合解决所有问题。在很多时候,我们必须接受现实,通过坚强的内心去化解和面对现实留给我们的问题。
这群经受了严密的法律训练通过理性和逻辑来分析生活的人时常将法律语言应用到生活中,比如遇到了感情问题,第一个反应就是“问题出在哪里,在你这里,还是在我这里”,还有那些“有没有想好解决方法呢?”“我知道自己在干什么”、“我知道自己该怎么做了”、“面对现实”、“不要让自己不开心”之类的对白,几乎在每一集中都曾出现。还有一些全世界通用的能体现一个人well-educated 的语言——非常有诚意地说“谢谢”、“对不起”。
《妙手仁心》虽然有点抄袭美国的电视剧,但还是很能体现一些东方人的伦理情结。医生们秉持着“治病救人”的神圣信念,在医学的道路上追求理想,实现自身的价值。但医生也是人,他们在死神面前没有特权。所以人们在死神面前就犹如在法律面前一样,“人人平等”,伟人和乞丐,同样逃不过生老病死,而医生便是在死神尽全力为每一个人争取“公平”的人。
全世界有成百上千的人选择自杀来逃避现实,也有成千上万的人为了多呼吸一口新鲜空气忍受着巨大的折磨。突然想到在夏威夷参加一个球员探访儿童医院的活动时遇到的一位白血病人,你很难解释为什么老天爷便便选中这样一个骨瘦如柴已经没有行动能力的孩子来承担人世间最痛苦的煎熬。
当人类在生老病死的现实面前败下阵来,无法承受悲痛与压力,无法解决这些难题时,便会皈依宗教,祈求上天、上帝、佛祖、阿拉来与解决内心的痛苦。所以人类世界不能没有宗教的存在,宗教就是一个精神避难所,他的确解救了很多人。但也必须承认,历史的进步,同样离不开那些在“人类曾经无法解决的问题”。哲学领域的苏格拉底、德谟克利到维特根斯坦,科学领域的伽利略、哥白尼到爱因斯坦,那些巨匠们在仰望星空的时候寻求突破智慧极限的灵感,在俯视心中道德律的时候寻找激发自己前进的勇气,难怪尼采奉“意志”(Will)为改变世界的第一要素,when there is a will, where is a way,这句你小学就会说的话,他其实蕴含着很多人类社会的本质意义。
这两部戏中有太多蕴含丰富人生哲理的对白,真想拿支笔全部写下来。
《妙手仁心》2中Annie说:“坚持自己的立场,并且相信他,你就会成功。”这句话用来劝解中国当下以钱为主流意识形态的浮躁的社会族群应该很有效。医生、律师、包括新闻工作者,他们不应当是浮躁的人群,他们都有属于自己行业的宗教信仰,他们在为“生命”、“公平正义”、“知情权”这些的终极理想而奋斗,他们需要专业、钻研、热情、专注以及抗拒灯红酒绿的自制力,可惜在转型中的中国当下社会,这些崇高的追求全部都跟“钱”挂上了关系,希望终有一天,这些行业的从业人员,能发自内心地重归自己职业本身的属性。
同时,医生不是万能的,法律不是万能的,这个世界没有绝对和永恒。而当面对意外和困难时,我们需要冷静、理性、面对现实的勇气、和坚大的内心。这些都不是一蹴而就的,只有在漫长的生命过程中逐渐领会。 November 20 一个人
终于能一个人了思考了。
一个人思考,一个人在喜欢的音乐里面沉沦与幻想,就像我大学的时候听着Dave Matthews在冰冷的雨季冷冷地望着窗外。
终于可以一个人看着童年时最喜欢的港剧,回想起高中时候的自己,回想自己如何从彼时的少女成长成为今天这个样子,想想自己在这些年间得到了什么,失去了什么,最大的长进是什么,最满意和最失意的是什么。看着电视剧里面无聊的对白,思考一下自己远离了很久的生活的现实,什么是生活的重要组成部分,自己应该以何种态度进一步对待生活。
两年来,第一次一个人,原本以为会因为孤单而害怕,谁知道到头来,才发现,一个人沉静下来所思所得所感,以及在此之后所做的一切,反而让自己更自信更安全,痛苦使人坚强。
我在慢慢地体会两个人、一个人、分隔两地的两个人等几种状况下不同的自我,我的行为,我的性格,我的思想,我的所失所得。我曾经有一个人思考了满脑子的东西因为缺乏交流的人而感到脑子快要爆掉,也有两个人因为每天琐碎的思考然后争论,过后有被掏空不想说话不知道说什么的感觉,甚至憎恨这个由语言组成的世界,痛恨那种叫communication的东西,明白了维特根斯坦为什么在修成了语言哲学后会得自闭症。
现在,就是一个人,脑子里还在惯性地思考一些东西,不过没有太多的交流冲动了,把自己消化进一些艺术品中,比如音乐、电影,总之,没有太多的关于现在、关于未来的烦恼。 November 02 Historical Year我,以及我身边的所有人,谁,都不会忘记今年。我想,对于今年,不光光是发生了地震和举办了奥运会的中国人有话要说,全世界的人都有话要说。我等着收集国内的所有主流媒体做的年终总结和来年展望,准备收集所有国外主流媒体的年终总结文章。我迫不及待地想知道,全世界的人会怎样看待今年。还是记着纽约时报的一篇评论的最后一句话,this year we are living in, is more or less historical. 鲁豫有约中,谢晋说,我想活到2008年,至少看到奥运会,对于现在随时都能留下眼泪的我,听了这句话之后,又忍不住掉下了眼泪。 我记得在我不怎么用功读书的大二时期,讲到现当代文学,唯一被提上课本的非文学作者的人,就是谢晋。那是中国思想刚刚开始解放的80年代,是几乎每个农村都有图书馆和电影院的时代,是整个党中央活跃着自下而上的经济市场化改革路线的时代,是解放后中国第一批思想家和诗人批量涌现的时代。在这个意义上,谢晋是中国现代电影的第一人,是姜文的祖师爷,是那些被现时代的商业逻辑套牢的第5-6-7-8代导演的老前辈,是第一个用自己的文艺热情在中国已经近乎沦为文化沙漠的危机关头将电影艺术的伟大灵魂“召回”的人。当我看到他80岁了,在艺术人生上还那么激动地谈论他的理想时,我真恨不得用犬儒式的简单粗暴,质问那些打着艺术旗号的无良5-6-7-8代导演,你们在80岁时,嘴巴里会吐出怎样的象牙? 在我眼里,谢晋是上海人的骄傲,是那一代沪上文艺和思想界的典范,我会把他当苏格拉底那样来崇拜。 2008年,在王元化之后,上海又失去了一个spirit pillar.。 -------------- 冯仑在《我们》上给奋斗2字下了个定义,奋斗,就是为心中的理想死扛着。 我不知道冯仑的理想是什么?可能是赚钱,可能是造福全人类。但有一点我敢保证,他肯定“死扛过!” 但愿每一个心中尚有理想的人都继续和它抗下去,度过这个冬天。
